The Role
We looking for a talented Deputy Manager to join our Dexters Kitchen at the beautiful Center Parcs Village in Elveden Forest near Thetford.
You will be part of the management team for Dexters Kitchen branded restaurant (trading hours 9 am to 11 pm). Supporting the General Manager and leading a team of approx 18 direct reports.You will take ownership for the quality of service from the team and the financial and operational performance of the unit. Daily team briefings and communication on goals and objectives, reviewing performance, motivating and developing their skills, coaching them to deliver fantastic customer service and also ensuring compliance with the required H&S, hygiene and licensing legislation and brand standards. It's as good as running your own business but with the support and fantastic development opportunities of working with a worldwide market-leading food service company.
The Details
To be successful in this Deputy Manager's role you will need:
Management experience within branded counter-service high volume environment
P&L management experience - cost control and working towards financial targets
Experience of managing team of people - motivating and developing to drive sales and the highest levels of customer service
Knowledge of the structured processes working with a branded environment, working to standard operating procedures, the experience of process flow improvements.
Building good relationships with Clients and guests
Previous training and qualifications in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene an advantage.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
